Patent Attorney The candidate will assist in managing company patent portfolio. Will solicit and review invention disclosures from the engineering teams. Work with outside counsel to prepare and prosecute patent applications. Conduct internal IP trainings to engineering groups. Manage inventor incentive program. Provide support in other patent related projects including freedom-to-operate projects. Should have a strong academic background. Should have a J.D. degree and be admitted to a US State Bar in good standing. Strong technical background with a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is required. Must have 2+ years of experience working as a patent attorney. USPTO registration in good standing is required. Substantial experience in patent drafting and prosecution is essential.
