ProfileAttorney DUTIES: Professional legal work providing counsel and representation to clients in workers compensation/insurance defense. Conducts extensive, complex legal research and reviews legislative history of applicable statutes. Develops strategy, arguments and testimony in preparation for presentation of case. Prepares a variety of legal forms and documents such as discovery requests and responses, pleadings, subpoenas, medical summaries, etc. Achieves requisite goals as assigned. Qualification and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS: JD Degree from recognized law school accredited by the American Bar Association. 0-3 years' experience. Workers compensation/insurance defense experience preferred. Must currently be Florida licensed. Must be highly organized, detail oriented and possess exceptional communication, analytical and writing skills.
