Attorney Duties: A member of insurance defense litigation team, providing legal representation to Progressive insureds and/or to the Progressive Insurance Companies before courts and arbitration panels in all aspects of litigation. Handling own cases from beginning to end, will will have the flexibility to work remote with the occasional travel to Phoenix office.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: JD Degree required. Member in good standing of the Arizona Bar. 2-5 years of civil litigation experience . Proficiency at conducting expert discovery. Ability to manage diary. Ability to organize and prioritize workload. Can identify risk issues. Ability to work with clients and customers. Capable of negotiating on behalf of clients. Ability to review and assess medical records, depositions and other documents. Time management and organizational skills. Understands all applicable ethical duties. Ability to conduct research. Understands the insurance business.
