Conducts investigations to determine liability, damages, and coverage. Makes recommendations regarding resolution strategy for such claims including reserve adequacy. Executes such strategy on behalf of the company, with or without the help of outside counsel. Interfaces with internal and external clients. File documentation of investigation and resolution strategy. JD Degree is required. Must have 4+ years of legal experience involving professional liability claims either in house or in private practice. Experience with Pollution Control/Response claims preferred.
