WM Senior Fiduciary Advisory Specialist (LO) Duties: Grows and retains WM relationships by integrating fiduciary knowledge, wealth planning, investment knowledge (asset allocation, multiple asset class usage, risk management), and business development skills. Delivers advisory based services to clients with highly complex WM needs in collaboration with Wealth Advisors (WA), Investment Strategists, Trust and Fiduciary Specialists, Wealth Planning Strategists, Wealth Planners, Private Bankers, Insurance Specialists, Centers of Influence. Acquires new HNW+ client relationships through consistent profiling on the 12 WM Issues and needs assessment. Includes profiling, estate plan and wealth transfer document review and cash flow analysis, selecting appropriate strategies and taxation. May serve as Relationship Manager or partner with WA in serving HNW+ relationships. Takes a full balance sheet approach, applies tax and transition strategies, introducing Wealth Planning Strategists/ Planners for complex or comprehensive planning engagements, enabling clients to leverage and protect the value of their estates. Applies in depth knowledge of each of the 12 WM issues. Focuses on clients with a minimum net worth of $5MM or as determined by management. Introduces Wealth Planning Strategists for wealth plans above $5MM. May act as team lead and/or mgr. Collaborates with Center Administration team on compliance/risk issues.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: 10+ years of financial and/or estate planning experience in Wealth Management arena. Persons in this position must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements and must comply with company policies related to these requirements. The loan originator qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening. Knowledge of financial and estate planning, fiduciary/trust, wealth transfer, leverage strategies, multiple asset class usage, asset allocation strategies, taxation, and broad knowledge of fiduciary law and federal regulations. Demonstrated experience in wealth management with clients with net worth at least $5mm. Client management relationship experience. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient with financial planning software; proficient with cash flow modeling tools; proficient with mobile technology; JD, CTFA, CFP, or ChFC. Local market knowledge.
