Claims Specialist, Fin Pro Special Lines The candidate will work with multiple lines of business including Executive Risk/D&O, Healthcare, Cyber/Technology and Construction Professional Indemnity. Will work simultaneously with internal practice leaders and other experts in various lines of business, to ensure that Corporate Solutions always delivers the best possible service to its clients. Will be expected to have an interest in and be ready to learn the lines of business and work where needed. With supervision and support, will manage mostly excess claims and interact frequently with brokers, insureds and other team members. Handle Executive Risk/D&O claims. Support marketing activities by meeting with brokers and prospective and existing clients and may involve a limited amount of travel.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: University degree or equivalent. JD Degree/Legal background preferred. 5+ years Fin Pro claims experience. Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Inquisitive, organized, analytical, able to work both independently and as part of a team, have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Possess professional insurance skills, communicate effectively with both our external and internal clients and be a team player. Self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Willingness to be flexible with duties and types of claims handled; Proficiency in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint.
