Legal Associate Responsibilities : Review, research, and draft legal documents consistent with Integreon and project and/or pilot standards. Perform e-discovery document review services. Provide quality control for legal and other documents. Assist Account Implementation Program Managers with internal process development, project implementation, and project management. Aid General Counsel in resolving legal and compliance issues. Act as a legal knowledge resource. Assist Delivery Center Manager in creating, instituting, and/or improving internal processes. Maintaining and supporting ISO standards through creation and updating of documentation and compliance with all security standards.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements : JD from accredited law school; bar admission preferred. 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in the areas. Must be able to understand all applicable laws and be able to provide consultation and advice to others. Must have strong writing skills. Must be able to schedule and organize, plan, and prioritize work and activities, as well as monitor processes, materials, and surroundings. Must be able to quickly process and analyze information and be able to use it to make decisions and solve problems. Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing to both internal and external persons and maintain effective interpersonal relationships. Must be able to draft legal documents using knowledge of relevant laws. Must be able to effectively use computers. Must be proactive in addressing issues and be able to anticipate future exigencies. Must exhibit flexibility in work schedules, process changes, deadline changes, and other unexpected events. Must be able to work effectively with persons of other cultures. Must be able to work as an effective team member.
