IT Project Manager The candidate will supervise a team of Information Technology Analysts in the Office of Management and Administrative Services (OMAS). Will manage existing administrative applications and guide new technology reengineering projects. Oversee the design, development, and support of Finance, Human Resources and Operations applications used by Central Office and Vicinage staff. Should offer excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and have a working knowledge of the fundamental technologies that are used in our development and technical operating environment; have the ability to manage multiple and diverse projects simultaneously; provide leadership in both internal application development efforts as well as the support of vendor solutions; and ensure alignment with current and emerging technology and industry trends and judiciary standards. Key responsibilities will include: Develop project scope and objectives; Involve all relevant stakeholders; Ensure technical feasibility; Coordinate and manage resources for the flawless execution of projects; Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget; Develop detailed project plans to track progress; Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, scheduling, and costs; Perform risk management to minimize project risks;Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Experience with PEGA Systems is preferred. Must have Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of professional administrative and/or program management experience, which shall have included responsibility for analyzing, designing, testing and implementation to accomplish project objectives; network administration in a personal computer or local/wide area network environment; telecommunications facilities and services; database administration; system analysis; and/or software applications; and supervision of staff. Substitution: The candidate who do not possess the required education may substitute additional professional experience on a year for year basis with 1 year of such experience being equal to thirty (30) semester hour credits. An Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional professional experience may be substituted for the required Bachelor's Degree. A Master's Degree may be substituted for 1 year of experience as indicated above. A Law Degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience as indicated above. Deadline: May 25, 2017.
