Juvenile Court Law Clerk Duties: The candidate will researches legal questions; reviews record, transcript of trial, and attends juvenile court proceedings to acquire a complete understanding of the case. Prepares and drafts orders upon request; edits orders according to judge's instructions; finalizes drafts of orders. Prepares bench memoranda summaries of assigned cases for judges who will be hearing the case; reviews records, briefs, and oral arguments to acquire complete understanding of cases; compiles references on laws and decisions; reviews current case law. Updates the Juvenile Court Benchbook. Performs related duties as assigned. Graduation from an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate degree. Deadline: 2 January 2017.
