ProfileImmigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in immigration matters leading to permanent residency and naturalization. Will also assist in the training and supervision of interns and volunteers; provide training and technical support to pro bono attorneys; and participate in administrative and logistical aspects of any workshops or community outreach sessions scheduled by the Clinic. Oral and written fluency in both Spanish and English is strongly preferred. Should have Bar admission, with North Carolina Bar admission strongly preferred (possible exception: recent law school graduates taking the North Carolina bar in July, 2017, may be considered). Strong written and oral communication skills in English required; bilingual speakers of English and Spanish will be given a preference. Strong comfort level using case management systems and other software, such as MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Strong written and oral communication skills in English required.
