ProfileCleveland office seeks affordable housing attorney preferably having 5-7 years of relevant experience. The candidate must have a demonstrated commitment to this practice area, such as experience with mortgage revenue bond financings and restructurings, financings involving low-income housing tax credits and historic tax credits, transactions with bonds backed by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and GNMA, FHA insurance and other forms of HUD risk-sharing transactions and letter of credit transactions. Experience with New Markets Tax Credits would be a plus. Must be a member of the Ohio Bar or eligible to waive in.
