Health Care Associate The candidate will work in the firm’s health care practice group . Must have 2-5 years of experience. A substantive background in the legal issues pertaining to provider health care organizations such as the Stark Law, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and other regulatory compliance, as well as significant transactional experience involving health care organizations , are required. Must have excellent writing skills, superior academics from a top law school, the capacity to manage multiple assignments concurrently, and the ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision.
