Compliance Officer The candidate will responding to, investigating, and resolving potential compliance issues referred to him/her through the centralized department incident management process. communicating with clients and collaborating with internal business partners including, but not limited to: Human Resources, Legal, and Operations, as needed, throughout the incident management process. Identifying potential trends in the incident management process at client sites and working with members of operations to mitigate future compliance issues of similar types.Continuously working to improve efficiency within the incident management process. Identifying monitoring and auditing opportunities to reduce recurring compliance issues. Developing training tools that can be used to mitigate potential compliance issues. Ensuring that all employees understand the compliance program, related policies and regulatory requirements, and the importance of maintaining the effectiveness of the program. Should helping to implement department awareness activities enterprise-wide. Developing and/revising policies, procedures, and job aids within the Ethics and Compliance Department as directed. Identifying needs for policies, procedures, or job aids. Responding to, investigating, and resolving potential compliance issues referred to him/her through the centralized department incident management process. Communicating with clients, as needed, throughout the incident management process. Developing training tools that can be used to mitigate potential compliance issues. Helping to implement department awareness activities enterprise-wide. Developing and/revising policies, procedures, and job aids within the Ethics and Compliance Department as directed.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have minimum 3 years' experience in a health care field with specific emphasis on regulatory issues, policy development. Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job. Bachelors degree in relevant discipline required, Juris Doctor, Masters or other graduate degree preferred. Requires excellent legal research skills and exceptional communication and drafting skills. Must have intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. will demonstrates ability to interact at a professional level with others.Proficient in federal program requirements and hospital compliance program obligations. Uses initiative and discretion in accomplishing duties with minimum supervision.Excellent writing, communication and organization skills. Demonstrates positive attitude, the ability to work with others and a desire to learn. Uses systematic approach to problem solving and troubleshooting. Strives to exceed goals and expectations. Should team player with a collaborative attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment. Must have ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
