Intel Federal Compliance Manager Duties: Sustain and evolve the Intel Federal Compliance program and to build a solid investigations competency for the organization. Will be responsible for managing ethics & compliance within Intel Federal and ensuring that its employees and Intel Federal's contracts comply with U.S. Federal requirements applicable to government contractors and with Intel Corporate and Intel Federal's internal policies and procedures. Will own the creation of the framework for, and the execution of, internal investigations in areas in which there are possible deficiencies with the US Government rules and regulations. Will be responsible for the monitoring of new and revised US Government rules and regulations and creating and executing a process to determine how they impact Intel Federal. Will help ensure, through your business partners, that any changes are incorporated compliantly into Intel Federal's policies and procedures. Will participate in maintaining and evolving the Intel Federal integrated design (policies, processes, procedures, controls) in partnership with other functional groups, using the principles of Business Process Management. Lastly, you will participate in Internal and Government Audits. Create the process for, and conduct internal investigations on potential deficiencies with regards to US government regulations or Intel Federal policies. Create both short-term remediation and long-term solutions to ensure that Intel Federal remains in compliance and the organization trained. Track key compliance indicators and investigations data and work with Intel's corporate investigation groups. Determine and ensure implementation and understanding of regulatory changes (FAR/DFARS). Establish effective communication for disseminating regulatory and statutory changes to the effected organization and to leadership and incorporate those changes into our practices and procedures. Coordinate with the Legal Department to provide advice on FAR/DFARS regulatory questions. Analyze and provide risk-based recommendations on compliance risks for Intel Federal proposals. Ensure we have robust program control and compliance plans in place for US Government contracts, modifications or extensions, including compliance with mandatory disclosure, procurement integrity, OCI, post-government employment restrictions and data security requirements. Perform routine monitoring & testing processes & controls for adherence to compliance for US Federal requirements and Intel Federal deficiency guide. Execute in a highly matrixed environment, in which you rely heavily on close coordination with functions within Intel Federal (program management, contract management., legal, business development, finance, HR, etc.) and various product groups across Intel Corporation.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts degree with 10+ years' experience, or MBA / J.D. Degree with 5+ years' experience in developing and sustaining government compliance programs. 5+ years of experience with US Government Contracting Compliance Management: Significant knowledge and experience of US Government Contracting regulations, business processes, auditing standards and risks and controls processes. 5+ years of experience in internal investigations, including working with Legal and Ethic Directors in the resolution of compliance and ethics related issues. 5+ years of experience applying and interpreting U.S. Federal requirements applicable to government contractors. 5+ years of experience with U.S. Federal Government Compliance programs, including corporate experience in Ethics & Compliance & Risk & Controls. Experience working with and in geographically dispersed virtual teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to network across many business and support organizations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to effectively create and manage processes aligned to Intel Federal integrated design.
