Workforce Compliance Specialist - Contract Duties: Audit - assess, evaluate and monitor compliance status at all US locations. Contract Reviews and drafting language. Impact analysis of business plans and decisions. Policy development, education and enforcement (internal and external). Policy Communications and training (Code of Conduct, AAP, etc.). Proactively monitor the ever-changing legislation environment. Maintain, develop or change policies, procedures or processes to conform to new regulations. Government Reporting and Filings associated with benefit plans. Benefit Plan document updates as required. Investigations and Disciplinary recommendations for Employee Relations matters. Lead Affirmative Action planning for all Bendix U.S. locations.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Law degree or equivalent. 2-5 years of experience in law practice. Preferred experience in HR related law and compliance.
