Client Manager, Federal Duties: Will increase and retain company's clear and public records revenue, along with integrated workflow software solutions in the Federal market while strengthening customer relationships. Attain assigned revenue attainment goals; achieve assigned sales goals; and develop a territory management plan that incorporates key revenue growth and targeted customer prospects to achieve sales and revenue. Provide high quality account management and customer support services to assigned accounts in the Financial and Regulatory Federal Government Domain; establish solid, long-term customer relationships and cultivate new business opportunities by diagnosing needs, presenting solutions and addressing customer concerns; Effectively demonstrate key products and solutions within 2 months of hire; for new products, effectively position and demonstrate within 15 days of launch. Educate customers on the benefits of company's legal research, public records, integrated date solutions and litigation support software products and differentiators in the market. Conduct weekly lead-sharing and/or customer strategy calls with Federal Sales Executives and other field partners. Actively use Salesforce on a daily basis to track and manage account management activity to include forecasting, customer meetings and trainings. Conduct a minimum of 6 customer meetings, face-to-face, per week. Coordinate training efforts to deeply penetrate accounts and obtain customer feedback. Coordinate local marketing efforts within assigned accounts. Keep up-to-date on competitive activities in accounts and communicate information to regional management. Assist other market segments as needed.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification Requirements: A BA/BS degree. A J.D. degree is strongly preferred. 1-2 years of experience with federal government customers preferred, or 3+ years of experience in similar market. Field Sales or training experience is strongly preferred. Field Account Management and marketing experience is strongly preferred. Customer service orientation and experience. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills by effectively exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties. Strong communication, and presentation skills. Ability to travel to sales training, meetings and to customer locations. Proficiency in MS Office/Internet.
