ProfileMid-Atlantic Transfer Pricing Manager The candidate will work on all aspects of inter company pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property; transfers of tangible goods; services and loans and other financing transactions. Should have 5+ years of experience. Should have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or International Business. Should have Certification of CPA, Enrolled Agent, Member of the Bar, American Society of Appraisers, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Master's degree in Economics or Public Administration or Doctorate of Philosophy in Economics or Finance is preferred. Thorough knowledge of the economic analyses and resolution of complex global tax and finance issues faced by multinational corporations; including restructuring, divestitures, valuations and intercompany transactions is preferred. Knowledge of managing functional analyses interviews to identify and assess clients' cross-border intercompany transactions is considered. Should have considerable knowledge of performing market studies and industry research. Should have comprehensive technical skills, including pricing policies, executing market studies and strategizing on local-country tax authority transfer pricing audits and advanced rulings. Should have considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. Should have considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams.
