The candidate will handle a variety of legal matters in the areas of estates, trusts, tax, business and related transactions. The selected candidate will draft Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Family Limited Partnership and LLC Agreements, and other documents for estates with wide ranging net worth. The candidate will be responsible for post-mortem administration of estates, and will be expected to prepare and review contracts, business filings and other documents relevant to business matters. The successful candidate will be involved with handling sophisticated wealth transfer planning, trusts and estates, probate and closely held business matters and related transactions, with a heavy emphasis on the agricultural industry. Experience in estate and tax planning for high net worth individuals and families, as well as experience with estate administration, business succession and taxation issues are essential.
