Employment Litigation Associate The candidate should be a junior to mid-level associate to deal with all aspects of the labor and employment law practice, including employment litigation with direct contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Should have a J.D. degree and must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, should meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have an outstanding academic record in the Top 15% of class and 2-3 years of experience in labor and employment law, with significant litigation experience. Federal clerkships are a plus. A demonstrated commitment to practice labor and employment law is necessary. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required. PA/NJ Bar admission is preferred.
