Environment, Land Use and National Resources Associate The candidate will advise clients on compliance, administrative enforcement actions, transactions, and litigation matters. Should have a Bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Excellent academic performance is highly valued. Must have 1-3 years of experience practicing environmental law. Should have experience on a range of environmental and health and safety issues including climate change, regulation of air and water quality and waste materials, permitting, due diligence in commercial transactions, and environmental litigation. Must be a member or eligible to become a member of the District of Columbia Bar. Strong analytical skills, and knowledge of ethics and conduct codes which are a requirement.
