Senior Manager - Consulting The candidate will be a core member of company's growing Sustainability practice. Will be coached by a senior leader while developing business acumen in the Chemicals, Natural Resources, Products, Oil and Gas and Utilities industries focusing on strategic development and market issues. Will be active in the North America practice and support company's clients in Europe and Asia Pacific when required, with a focus on Environment Health and Safety, REACh, Risk Assessments and larger sustainability topics. With deep specialist knowledge in business, industry, functional and technical areas, management consultants will be responsible for designing, building and delivering high value solutions that help clients move forward in every part of their business, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations. With specific EH&S focus, will have the opportunity to work on assignment purely business and oriented towards processes, registration and consortium management. Key Responsibilities may include: Providing business-oriented, practical solutions for identified or potential environmental issues impacting clients; Providing technical direction on EH&S compliance, EH&S management system, and safety-related compliance projects; Developing EH&S compliance procedures, plans, permits, and reports; Designing and implementing EH&S management systems and programs including analysis of processes, organization and IT systems necessary for compliance; Reengineering EH&S and Life cycle process development and reporting; Data collection and use of IT systems integration for global blueprints roll-outs; Preparing documentation associated with technical analyses and research. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree. Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bio-Engineering or Environmental Science is preferred. Legal experience or Law degree is desired. Should have 5 years of Environment Health and Safety and Regulatory experience within a corporate environment. Must have 3+ years of EH&S ERP Implementation experience. EH&S consulting experience is preferred. Should preferable have experience in OSHA, REACh, CLP/GHS, and/or Environmental specific IT Tools. Experience with change management and organizational impacts of EH&S and risk to organizations is desired. Should have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Must have ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100% (may also include ability to work abroad as needed for international clients).
