ProfileDirector, Production Counsel Training Program The candidate will partner with both the Talent Development team and business leaders to design and implement a robust training curriculum, incorporating both classroom and on-the-job training. Will ensure that those who complete the training program will have a solid understanding of development and production and are on a path to managing projects with minimal supervision. Work collaboratively with internal business partners to design and roll out the program.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have: JD Degree and membership in good standing of at least one state Bar . 12+ years of extensive development and production legal experience across multiple genres (e.g., scripted, unscripted, TV and features, live action and animation). Experience teaching and mentoring highly preferred and an ability to distill complex legal and business concepts into teachable and digestible components required. Previous experience supervising legal staff along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment. An ability to learn our business, understand our culture, and foster a similar spirit of learning and continuous development in others.
