Washington D.C. office seeks mid-level energy regulatory attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate should have law firm experience focusing on power and natural gas regulatory, compliance and/or enforcement matters, or experience at FERC working in the Office of General Counsel, Office of Administrative Law Judges, or Office of Enforcement. Must have experience with energy trading, power and natural gas market regulatory issues, and enforcement and compliance matters related to these markets. Any regulatory experience with oil, liquids, and other commodities is a plus.
