Seeking Junior Environmental & Energy Attorney with 2-3 years’ experience for offices. The candidate must have Excellent academic credentials are required; top law school or environmental law program; law review experience preferred. Must be currently licensed to practice law in California, Oregon, Washington or Idaho are encouraged to apply. Must have a strong interest in litigation, environmental, product compliance, land use and/or renewable energy law. should be sharp thinkers, creative problem solvers, and have good judgment. Skills: efficient and effective in performing legal research and able to produce superior written work product, whether formal briefs or distilled, practical advice for clients in the form of an email or table. Should describe their substantive experience with any of the following statutes or federal agencies: FIFRA, NEPA, CEQA, ESA, CESA, BGEPA, MBTA,FLPMA, CWA, SDWA, CAA, TSCA, CERCLA, RCRA, EPCRA, California’s Proposition 65, California planning and zoning laws, and laws administered by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Federal Energy Commission or the U.S. Department of the Interior. Billable hour expectation is 1850 billable hours a year plus non - billable activities as needed.
