Energy, Environmental, Mining, Transportation Associate The candidate will join the energy, environmental, mining, and transportation division. Qualified candidate must be licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination to the District of Columbia. Must have 2-4 years of regulatory litigation and transactional experience in the transportation industry. Similar experience in the energy industry is a plus. Qualified applicant must possess excellent academic credentials and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Federal judicial clerkship experience also a plus.
