Employment attorney: 5-12 years of employment law and prior law firm experience. Should have 5-12 years of transactional experience with an emphasis on contract drafting and negotiation, as well as prior in-house experience. In addition, should have excellent writing skills, be detail oriented, and have solid research capabilities. Should have a special interest in international business.
