HR Research Legal Advisor The candidate should have Graduate Degree. Will be responsible for ensuring all HR and Payroll laws, rules, and regulations are researched. Once pertinent topics are discovered, this person will champion the process to get them approved and implemented in the system for clients. Research of all HR and Payroll laws – These include all federal laws as well as all states and municipalities. All laws are prioritized to ensure the most important changes are funneled to senior management. Specifications of laws are communicated for development. Development is presented to multiple committees for final approval. Should have Juris Doctorate. Must be licensed Oklahoma Attorney. Must have 10 – 15 years legal experience. Should have legal background focused on HR, Payroll, Time and Labor. Should have excellent people and presentation skills.
