Director, Employee And Labor Relations The candidate under the direct supervision of the Senior Vice President Human Resources, will be responsible for formulating, recommending and directing the administration of Human Resources policies and collective bargaining agreements, while ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment laws. Develops and implements strategies designed to minimize employee conflicts and grievances as well as to improve the overall employee relations climate. A Juris Doctorate or Master's degree is required in addition to a Bachelor's degree, and 3-5 years' progressively responsible management experience. Must have 2 years of specific experience with labor relations, employment law and human resources, along with a thorough understanding of collective bargaining process.
