Employment Attorney The candidate must have experience in handling all aspects of employment counseling, litigation and administrative hearings, including wage and hour issues, leave issues, wrongful termination claims and class actions, at both the state and federal levels. Experience in labor union negotiation and/or ERISA benefits is a plus . Excellent research, analytical and writing skills are a must. Should have a 2-4 years of experience in employment law. Exceptional academic credentials and California Bar admission is required.
