Labor and Employment Associate The candidate must have 2-5 years of law firm experience. Required experience includes : Employment litigation - defending employers in various claims and suits, taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, examining witnesses, etc. ; Employment counseling - terminations, reductions in force, compliance with local laws, etc. ; Traditional labor - NLRB, union, collective bargaining. Must have transactional experience - drafting and negotiating various agreements, including employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, etc. Should have a strong academic background.
