Labor and Employment Associate The candidate should be a NJ licensed junior associate. Must have strong academic credentials and 2-3 years of midsize or large law firm experience in labor and employment litigation and counseling. Substantive knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, WARN, NJLAD, CEPA, NJFLA, and trade secret protection required. Should be able to advise clients on a variety of matters, including discrimination claims, covenants not to compete, employment agreements, employment policies, leave of absence issues, and employee discipline. Must have experience practicing before courts and agencies.
