ProfileVice-President, Human Resources Duties: Will be reporting to the President/CEO. Qualification and Experience
Qualification Requirements: The candidate must possess a MBA, JD, or BA degree in Business at the minimum. Additionally, should have a proven track record of successfully managing human resources in a similar environment. Must exercise sound judgment, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to think creatively in a competitive and changing health care environment, facilitate change, listen, and build strong relationships with administrative leadership and other key stakeholders. The ability to demonstrate significant experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining a full range of human resources systems, policies, and processes.
