Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate will be assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects that will make a positive impact on their ability to do business. Should be a Graduate of top tier law school. Must have 6+ years of in-house and mid to large law firm labor and employment experience. Should have experience counseling clients on employment and labor law issues, specifically reasonable accommodations, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, ADEA, FLSA), wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, reductions in workforce, 1099 contractors, disciplinary actions and wage and hour, as well as experience responding to administrative charges, developing employment policies, drafting employment-related agreements, providing compliance training, handling pre-litigation disputes, managing employment litigation, and oversight of internal investigations. Must be admitted to practice in California and in good standing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
