Attorney - Labor and Employment The candidate will edit and create “how-to†type practice notes, forms, and legal analysis for a wide range of labor and employment topics. Must have experience in drafting and reviewing labor and employment agreements and policies as well as experience in providing advice to clients regarding labor and employment topics such as hiring, discipline, terminations, leaves and accommodations, equal employment opportunity, wage and hour, whistleblowing, employee health, and employee privacy. Must be admitted in Pennsylvania and have strong knowledge of Pennsylvania employment law.
