Legal Recruiter The candidate will oversee the recruiting and hiring process of document review attorneys. In charge of finding and placing effective job candidates according to the projects and team requirements. Responsible for matching job requirements with possible personnel, conducting extensive research based on the position needs, and interacting with managers and prospective candidates. Manage a database of review candidates, and handle project staffing on short timelines. Provide on-boarding and orientation as required and give detailed guidance to prospective employees regarding potential benefits, project durations and expectations, and job responsibilities. The Legal Recruiter contacts prospective employees using a variety of methods such as via telephone, by email, on line, or in person. Follow up with interviews and technical testing, as well as verify references and bar licensure, and perform other eligibility checks. Screen and select candidates in compliance with all employer and government regulations. In all tasks, they must follow strict legal, safety, and privacy requirements. Manage candidate records to keep accurate candidate information in a database and record interactions with managers and prospective employees. May be involved in writing and placing advertising for open positions in publications; online and print. Source, screen and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions; may utilize ATS. Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers in each review location to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. Build out and manage the entire recruiting process in an organized and systematic manner. Some travel required. A BA/BS or equivalent experience required, Juris Doctorate preferred. Should have 2+ years high level legal recruiting, staffing, or related experience.
