Employment Litigation Associate The candidate should be a mid-level associate to mainly focus on employment litigation matters, but will also assist with benefits litigation, labor matters, and general employment advice. Should have a J.D. degree and must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, should meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have 3+ years of employment litigation defense experience. Should have an outstanding academic record and be in the Top 20% of graduating law school class. A demonstrated commitment to practicing labor and employment law is necessary. Federal clerkships are a plus. Washington State Bar admission is needed.
