Staff Attorney The candidate will assume the role of a non-shareholder track staff attorney. Will be expected to perform all of the duties of a traditional law firm associate, including , legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions and pleading, attendance at court conferences, discovery-related activities and investigation, analysis, and drafting of position statements. Will work flexible hours during the work week, including the option to work from home on most occasions.
Qualification and Experience
A Juris Doctor degree is required. Qualified candidate must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have 4-7 years of labor and employment litigation experience either in-house or in a law firm. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
