Employment Class Action Attorney The candidate must possess 2 years of experience in wage-and-hour class litigation. Candidates will be given some opportunities to work on single plaintiff litigation, employment counseling, and participate in our traditional labor practice. However, the vast majority of the associate’s day-to-day activities will concern class, collective and representative action litigation. This position should appeal to candidates who reside in San Diego County and/or are willing to relocate there. Should have Juris Doctor degree. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must possess 2 years of wage-hour class/collective action defense experience preferably in California. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required. Strong academic performance is required, and a high cumulative GPA from a well-recognized law school is preferred.
