Tax Incentives Lead Responsibilities: Subject matter expert with respect to the various incentives received by the company. Coordinate, prepare and file submissions to various governmental authorities, ensuring compliance with incentives’ regulations and guidelines. Review purchase data and prepare and file sales tax abatement returns. Coordinate information gathering and sharing amongst various internal and external stakeholders. Participate in cross-functional teaming to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer. Develop and maintain clear policy and procedure guidelines. Monitor legislative changes affecting incentives associated with EVs. Maintain well organized and auditable records.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Tax and/or Finance. JD Degree, LLM, CPA or M.S. in Taxation preferred. 8 + years of multi-state credits and incentives experience. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Self-motivated and results oriented. Ability to work in extremely fast paced environment and be open to change management. Demonstrated leadership and project management experience. Must have strong analytical and innovative problem solving skills as well as solid tax research skills. Ability to analyze and communicate tax advice to stakeholders
