ProfileAssociate — Employee Benefits Duties: Partner with public and private employers, benefits consultants and third party administrators in the design, drafting, implementation, and administration of a comprehensive range of employee benefits plans. Provide ERISA fiduciary guidance and guide employers through the changing landscape of employer-sponsored health plans; and provide employee benefits expertise in mergers and acquisitions and with respect to executive compensation.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: An attorney with 2+ years of solid ERISA and employee benefits experience. Experience with executive compensation is helpful, but is not required. Consideration will be given to candidates with an LLM in Tax. Must have a demonstrated interest in working in a highly collaborative environment that encourages associates to work directly with clients. Must have a strong academic record, paired with the skills, enthusiasm and commitment to become a partner of our firm.
