Compensation and Benefits Manager Duties: Lead people and projects. Become a member of a global team with colleagues from all parts of the world. Be responsible for a region consisting of Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. Considerable influence on design and future development in this field. Lead the design and implementation of firm's total compensation strategies in region, in line with the corporate philosophy and meeting the needs of the organization and the Business Areas in an efficient manner. Coordinate and collaborate with Group Function staff to ensure a unified and competitive total compensation strategy, and participate in defining firm's worldwide total compensation philosophy as needed. Direct the analysis of local competitiveness within the market and prepare results/recommendations for senior management. Select, manage, and develop team members and take responsibility for hiring, performance management, salaries, training, and termination decisions. Prepare and manage department budgets, resources, and expenses, and be a member of the local HR team.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: A degree in HR, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive experience in the subject area and 10 years' experience from working in an HR department, of which at least five in C&B. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel is a requirement, as are excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal. Experienced leader who enjoys inspiring and motivating co-workers to reach set goals.
