Must have experience in a wide array of employee benefits areas, including knowledge of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISAâ€) and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (“Codeâ€) including experience in drafting plans, summary plan descriptions, handling determination letter filings, research and analysis related to Health Care Reform, ERISA, the Code, and related regulations and rulings.
