Profile

Recruiter Duties: Partnering with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR Business Partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics while managing candidate care and experience, closing all levels of candidates and coaching a team of Sourcers who will own finding and assessing candidates for the various pipelines. Interact with global recruiting teams to provide consolidated views of organizational staffing. Develop and execute on a successful recruiting strategy to meet hiring goals and increase the quality of candidates coming in the door. Maintain responsibility for recruiting productivity and related reporting. Participate in other recruiting/HR related initiatives to iterate on processes and provide the best recruiting support possible.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. JD Degree. 5+ years of recruiting experience in a non-tech environment. Experience with passive candidate generation using a variety of techniques. MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience coaching a recruiting team. Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets. Experience building and executing recruiting strategy. Preferred: Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer. Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results. Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a leader and member. Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. Must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
