Junior ERISA Attorney The candidate should have 2-5 years of employee benefits experience. Candidate with employee benefits experience at a law firm, consulting firm, or governmental agency is preferred. Particular experience in all aspects of employee benefits, including ERISA compliance and fiduciary counseling, US and international plan design, IRS, DOL, and PBGC compliance, benefit claims and other dispute resolution, benefits issues in corporate and employment transactions, reductions in force, QDROs, retiree medical programs, and specialized benefit trusts is needed.
