Attorney The candidate must have 2-4 years of experience to handle privacy and data security issues in the context of transactions, including significant mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, other multidisciplinary transactions, advertising agreements, service agreements, e-commerce agreements, and other commercial transactions. Will have the opportunity to work in a growing practice with clients ranging from industry leaders to early-stage startups on cutting-edge privacy and data security matters and significant, complex transactions. Experience with technology industries, issues lying at the intersection of government regulation and technology, or FTC/state AG enforcement regarding privacy and data security issues is desirable. Government experience, CIPP certification, and experience with M&A, technology transactions, or other transactional work are pluses. Familiarity with computer programming, network technologies, database design, and web technologies is strongly preferred. Superior academic credentials are required.
