ProfileStaff Attorney The candidate must be admitted to practice or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, to work on a new project designed to deliver legal representation in a wide variety of civil legal matters to victims of crime, including victims of sexual and domestic violence, human trafficking, or elder abuse. Will work in the areas of housing and financial stability, family, and/or immigration, and as otherwise directed by the managing attorney. Must work competently in SCCLS’ case management system; work as directed on particular grants; cooperate and assist with the timely preparation of grant reports; and engage in outreach and community education. Will manage a substantial caseload of individual cases, along with special projects, and engage in impact advocacy. Experience working with vulnerable populations is preferred. Fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, or Haitian Creole also preferred.
