Advanced knowledge of criminal justice funding and service needs, and extensive experience in reviewing, researching, analyzing and advocating for federal, state and local legislative issues, policies and procedures required. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including delivering public presentations, testimony, and facilitation required. Management experience leading high-level, independent, and experienced professionals required.
