Bookmark and ShareWhite Collar Crime Policy Counsel The candidate will work with white collar crime policy director on a variety of education and advocacy initiatives. Will help create education and advocacy tools, engage in reform-related scholarship, track pending federal criminal legislation and regulations, assist in drafting testimony and formal comments, help prepare CLE programs for white collar practitioners, and assist with planning symposia and other events.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: JD Degree and strong academic credentials required, preferably with 2-3 years’ experience clerking or practicing. Experience or demonstrated interest in white collar criminal law preferred. Requires strong legal research, writing and organizational skills, with an emphasis on analyzing legislation and preparing materials for legislative and administrative advocacy and designing educational programs and tools.
