Associate Staff Attorney-Complex Litigation RESPONSIBILITIES : The candidate will be responsible for providing top quality representation to firm insureds in litigated matters for some of the most complex and high exposure product liability, construction, construction defect, premises operations and auto liability matters. Will provide legal support to the complex litigation attorneys and be accountable for performing assigned tasks including, but not limited to, medical record review, abstracting depositions, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, conducting depositions, appearing in Court, conferences, conducting legal research, and assisting with trial and mediation.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements : The candidate should have a Juris Doctor from accredited law school. License to practice in the state of New Jersey required. 1-3 years’ experience. An understanding of the tripartite relationship, a commitment to providing a high level of customer service and detailed reporting to claim center personnel is critical to succeeding in this role. The candidate must have superior organization skills, the ability to think strategically and a strong desire to be challenged in all aspects of their responsibilities. Operate as a Team Player.
