Sourcing / Supply Chain Attorney The candidate will support the bank’s Global Procurement client base in the United States, with some support of global extensions of U.S.-based transactions. Will provide daily advice and negotiation assistance on new contracts and advise on issues relating to existing contracts. Participate in negotiations and contract drafting as requested. Advise on contract interpretation and disputes. Manage outside counsel. Develop network of internal support partners providing expertise in various subject matters. Provide support on special projects as requested. Advise other bank lawyers and lines of business on matters of law, policy, procedure and contracting affecting vendor selection, contracting and management. Should have 4-5 years of relevant experience. Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. Jurisdiction is needed. Experience negotiating and drafting corporate purchasing contracts or general corporate contracts are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
